Vandals and litter plaguing Caistor parks

Oh dear, it sounds like our lovely Caistor parks are having a bit of a tough time lately with vandalism and rubbish. We all love our green spaces here, so let's hope this issue gets sorted out quickly for everyone to enjoy!
